Composite panels by Elmtech are powerful, easy to mount, nonaging, temperature resistant and easy to clean.

We produce sandwich panels, panels with Z-bending, curved panels as well as special constructions. Depending on the requirements, different cover sheets, core materials and edge band are used.

Cover sheets made of  1 mm to 3 mm aluminium and steel may be finished with wet paint or powder coating, anodization and PU-coating according to the technical requirements in conformity with GBS or Qualicoat. We offer the finish in standard and extremely weather resistant quality of RAL-colors as well as NCS-colors. Cover sheets made of toughened safety glass with enameling in a wide range of colors may be applied in 6 mm, 8 mm or 10 mm thickness. Laminated safety glass can be also used for the production of composite panels.

Core material made of mineral fiber, polystyrene, polyurethane, fire protection panels or vacuum insulation panels vakuVIP B2 are framed by an edge band in accordance with the requirement. All components are glued together with high-quality adhesive. To ensure steam density the panels are properly sealed with aluminium tape or a premium silicone joint.  

Depending on the heat conductivity value of the used core materials we specify the corresponding U-value of the panel composition.  

Whether noise protection, burglar protection, fire protection or energy efficiency – we exclusively use materials which are suitable and tested for the particular requirement.
